摘要
常见粘贴面均不涉及烫金、电镀等二次处理表面。烫金表面直接与双面胶接触,可能存在双面胶与烫金层长期接触反应,粘贴脱落等不可靠性问题。本文主要从理论失效分析、试验验证方面对此新粘贴工艺进行应用研究。
The general surface of the paste do not involve the secondary processing such as hot stamping and the electroplating.It may be unreliability such as to reaction or to fall off when the hot stamping surface touch with the double-sided adhesive.This article mainly from the theory of failure analysis and experimental to research the new paste process.
