摘要
目的探讨抗凝药物预防下肢静脉曲张合并下肢骨折患者围手术期深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法选择本院骨科收治的下肢静脉曲张合并下肢骨折患者60例为研究对象,患者均给予骨科手术,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组围术期间予以常规治疗预防以深静脉血栓形成,观察组在上述治疗基础上配合抗凝药物进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组深静脉血栓形成发生率、t PA-Ag水平及并发症总发生率均显著低于对照组,观察组PT、APTT显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗凝药物预防下肢静脉曲张合并下肢骨折患者围手术期深静脉血栓形成的效果显著,其可降低其深静脉血栓形成发生率及并发症发生率,改善患者凝血酶指标水平从而促进血液流通,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of anticoagulants in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in perioperative patients with varicose veins of lower extremities complicated with lower extremity fractures. Methods Sixty patients with varicose veins of lower extremities complicated with lower extremity fractures in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients were given orthopaedic surgery and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy to prevent deep venous thrombosis during perioperative period, while the observation group was treated with anticoagulant drugs on the basis of the above treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of deep venous thrombosis, t PA-Ag level and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the PT and APTT in the observation group were significantly longer than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Anticoagulants has a significant effect in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in pevioperative patients with varicose veins of lower extremities complicated with lower extremities fractures, it can decrease the incidence of deep venous thrombosis and the incidence of complications, improve the levels of thrombin indicators for promoting blood circulation, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
