摘要
针对传统带式输送机变速控制系统存在运行缓慢、周期长且控制效率低等问题,设计了一种新型的带式输送机变速控制系统.系统硬件主要由信号检测电路和液压控制阀驱动电路2部分构成;软件主要是通过控制频率的大小来实现功率平衡、调速以及软启动,从而提高系统控制效率.结果表明:与传统系统相比,该设计的电气带式输送机变速控制系统反应时间更快、功率更平稳、其变速控制效率始终高于传统控制系统的控制效率.
Aiming at the problems of slow operation, long cycle and low control efficiency of the traditional belt conveyor speed control system, a new variable speed control system for belt conveyor is designed. The hardware of the system is mainly composed of signal detection circuit and hydraulic control valve drive circuit. The software mainly realizes power balance, speed regulation and soft start by controlling the frequency, so as to improve the control efficiency of the system. The result shows that, compared with the traditional system, the speed control system of the electric belt conveyor designed in this paper has faster response time, more stable power, and its speed control efficiency is always higher than that of the traditional control system.
