摘要
竹塑复合材是一种新型的绿色环保材料,X射线无损检测系统,为其提供了一种行之有效的检测手段,但图像在获取的过程中极易受到环境和实验光线强度等变化所产生的噪声影响,为增强图像清晰程度,降低对图像的分割和边缘检测等处理的误差影响,本文提出基于图像融合的竹塑复合材内部缺陷边缘进行检测的方法。利用小波变换将多幅内部缺陷图像变换融合后,运用OTSU方法和Canny算子分别对其内部缺陷图像进行分割与边缘提取。结果表示,可以应用小波变换融合的方法对竹塑复合材内部缺陷边缘进行检测,对图像信息的进一步表达,具有一定的增强效果。
Bamboo-plastic composite is a new type of green environmental protection material. X-ray non-destructive testing system provides an effective detection method. In order to enhance the image clarity and reduce the error effect on image segmentation and edge detection, the influence of noise caused by the change of light intensity in the experiment is improved. In this paper, a method based on image fusion to detect the internal defect edge of bamboo-plastic composite is proposed. After fusion of multiple internal defect images by wavelet transform, the OTSU method and Canny operator are used to segment and extract the edge of the internal defect images respectively. The results show that the wavelet transform fusion method can be used to detect the internal defect edge of bamboo-plastic composite, which has certain enhancement effect on the further expression of image information.
