摘要
对GCr15钢在Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机上进行了双道次热压缩试验,模拟其低温轧制后不同终冷温度条件下相变过程,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)和拉伸试验机研究了其在不同终冷温度条件下网状碳化物、珠光体组织形貌及拉伸性能。结果表明:终冷温度为600℃至650℃时,GCr15钢可获得珠光体团直径较小、渗碳体片层较细、网状碳化物较少的组织;拉伸试验表明,在750℃至550℃范围内,随着终冷温度降低,抗拉强度逐渐增大。
The double pass thermal compression test of GCr15 steel was carried out on a Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation machine, and the phase transformation process of the steel was simulated under different final cooling temperatures after low temperature rolling. The morphology of network carbide, pearlite and tensile properties of the GCr15 steel at different final cooling temperatures were studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and tensile testing machine. The results show that when the final cooling temperature is 600 ℃-650 ℃, the microstructure of the GCr15 steel with smaller pearlite diameter, finer cementite lamellae and less network carbides can be obtained. The tensile test shows that the tensile strength gradually increases with the decrease of final cooling temperature between 750 ℃ and 550 ℃.
