摘要
高压SF_6断路器弧触头严重烧蚀,可能会造成开断短路电流失败事故。因此,及时检测出弧触头烧蚀情况并进行修复或更换,显得尤为重要。首先,通过弧触头大电流烧蚀实验,发现弧触头动态接触电阻的分布具有一定的随机性,分闸动态接触电阻更适合SF_6断路器弧触头烧蚀状态的评估。其次,基于BP神经网络,建立高压SF_6断路器弧触头烧蚀状态程度评估模型,用于高压SF6断路器弧触头烧蚀程度的评估和预测。最后,对样本数据进行评估,验证所提方法的有效性。
The breaking fault of HV SF 6 circuit breaker is frequently caused by heavy arc contact erosion. Thus, it is very important to detect the erosion status of arcing contact and make the replacement decision. According to the results of arc erosion experiment by employing a large current, it is found that the values of dynamic contact resistance have a certain level of randomness and the dynamic contact resistance with the switch closed is more suitable to evaluate the erosion state of arc contact. On this basis, an evaluation model of erosion status for arc contacts in SF 6 circuit breakers is established based on BP neural networks. The proposed method can be utilized to assess and predict the erosion status of arc contacts in HV SF 6 circuit breakers. To the end, an example is included to verify the effectiveness of evaluation method.
