摘要
目的探讨口腔修复美学在口腔修复中的应用价值。方法选择2016年11月～2018年2月本院收治的85例需口腔修复患者,依照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=42)与观察组(n=43),对照组施以常规冠修复方式,观察组在对照组基础上施以口腔修复美学理念的治疗方式,观察两组患者的临床修复效果、舒适度情况与美观度情况。结果观察组的临床修复总治愈率与美观度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P <0.05);但观察组与对照组的舒适度比较无显著差异(P> 0.05)。结论口腔修复美学在口腔修复中的应用具有较高的临床价值,不仅能够提升临床修复效果,并且能够提升患者的美观度,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To explore the application value of prosthodontics aesthetics in prosthodontics. Methods Eightyfive patients requiring oral repair admitted to our hospital from November in 2016 to February in 2018 were divided into control group (n=42) and observation group (n=43) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional crown repair method, and the observation group was treated with aesthetic concept of oral repair on the basis of the control group. The clinical repair effect, comfort degree and aesthetic degree of the two groups of patients were observed. Results The total cure rate and aesthetic degree of clinical repair in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in comfort between the observation group and the control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion The application of prosthodontics aesthetics in prosthodontics has high clinical value, which can not only improve the clinical effect of prosthodontics, but also improve the aesthetics of patients, and has high clinical value.
