摘要
围绕习近平总书记"要扎实抓好县级融媒体中心建设,更好引导群众、服务群众"的重要讲话精神,阐述了县级融媒体建设对地方治理和繁荣发展的意义;提出了县级主流媒体建设思路,建议结合各地实际、贴近群众、讲究宣传效果,将媒体宣传与行政公开相结合,集中力量建立县级主流媒体;并列举了全国县级融媒体建设的典型作法。
This paper focuses on the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping s important speech on building county-level media convergence centers to better guide and serve the masses. This paper expounds the significance of county-level converged media construction to local governance and prosperity, and puts forward the idea of building mainstream media at the county level. Nevertheless, it suggests to combine the actual situation of the localities, stay close to the masses, pay attention to the publicity effect, combine media publicity and administrative openness, concentrate on establishing county-level mainstream media, and enumerate the typical practices of county-level media convergence construction.
