摘要
火电站热力除氧器的工作排汽量一般为除氧器每吨进水的1‰~3‰。一台超超临界1050MW机组热力除氧器的排汽量约为2.77t/h~8.33t/h,排汽离开除氧器也是机组热力循环的工质损失,增加机组供电标准煤耗约为0.158g/(kW·h)~0.475g/(kW·h)。对除氧器工作排汽的4种回收方案进行了热经济性的定量分析,发现采用方案Ⅰ可使机组供电标准煤耗降低0.137g/(kW·h)~0.412g/(kW·h)。若全年运行为4000h计算,年可节约标准煤为575.4t~1730.4t。若化学补水以10元/t计,则年减少的化学补水可节约110 800元~333 200元。
Thermal power plant thermal deaerator leakage volume is generally per ton of water 1‰~ 3‰. Thermal deaerator leakage volume of an ultra-supercritical 1050MW unit is about 2.77 t/h~ 8.33 t/h. Steam leaving the deaerator is also a loss of working fluid in the thermal cycle of the unit. Result shows that the steam emission increases the standard coal consumption of the unit 0.158 g/(kW·h)~ 0.475 g/(kW·h). The quantitative analysis and comparison of four kinds of recovery schemes for deaerator leakage were carried out. It was found that the standard coal consumption could be reduced 0.137 g/(kW·h)~ 0.412 g/(kW·h) by I method. If the unit annual operation of 4000h, the annual savings of 575.4 ~ 1730.4 tons of standard coal. If chemical feed water is 10 yuan/t, the annual savings will be 110 800 ~ 333 200 yuan.
