摘要
目的探讨亮眼灸在防治近视中的应用效果。方法选取2018年4～10月在滦州市人民医院进行诊治的60例(120眼)近视患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例(60眼)。对照组患者给予针刺结合环形操方法进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予亮眼灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的视力和屈光度情况、治疗效果以及不良反应总发生率。结果两组患者治疗前的视力及屈光度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的视力及屈光度均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的视力及屈光度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论亮眼灸在防治近视中的应用效果显著,能够改善视力情况,提高治疗效果,不良反应少,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of Liangyan moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of myopia. Methods A total of 60 patients (120 eyes) with myopia who were treated in Luanzhou City People′s Hospital from April to October in 2018 were selected as the subjects of study. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 30 cases (60 eyes) in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture combined with rotary exercise, while the observation group was treated with Liangyan moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The visual acuity and diopter before and after treatment, the therapeutic effect and the total incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in visual acuity and diopter between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The visual acuity and diopter of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The visual acuity and diopter of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment in the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than that of the control group (86.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The application effect of Liangyan moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of myopia is significant, which can improve the visual acuity and the treatment effect, with less adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion and application.
