摘要
2018年中国经济运行呈现出以下主要特点:从生产角度看,第三产业对经济增长起主要拉动作用;从需求角度看,消费需求对经济增长起主要拉动作用,净出口需求由上年增长转为下降,对经济增长的贡献率由正转负;从收入角度看,全国居民人均可支配收入保持平稳增长,增速比上年有所回落,企业利润总额增速明显回落;从价格角度看,居民消费价格涨幅比上年回升,工业生产者出厂价格涨幅回落;从结构角度看,产业结构、需求结构和收入分配结构继续改善;从新动能角度看,高技术产业、战略性新兴产业、部分新兴工业产品、网上零售额保持快速增长,新动能不断积累;从供给侧结构性改革角度看,"三去一降一补"重点任务持续显效。
The main characteristics of China’s economic operation in 2018 were as follows:from the production point of view,the added value of tertiary industry played a major role in stimulating economic growth;from the demand point of view,consumption demand played a major role in stimulating economic growth;net export demand turned from the increase from last year to decline with the contribution rate to economic growth changing from positive to negative;from the income point of view,the per capita disposable income of the whole country’s residents maintained steady growth,the growth rate fell somewhat compared with that of the previous year,and the growth rate of total profits of enterprises obviously fell back;from the perspective of price,the rise rate of consumer prices rebounded compared with that of the previous year,while the rise rate of industrial producers’prices fell back;from the perspective of structure,the industrial structure,demand structure and income distribution structure continued to improve;from the perspective of new momentum,high-tech industries,strategic emerging industries,some emerging industrial products and online retail sales maintained rapid growth,and new momentum has been accumulating;from the perspective of supply-side structural reform,the key task of“three go,one fall and one subsidy”continued to be effective.
