摘要
近年来,我国的公路等级逐渐升高,对沥青混凝土的质量要求更多。因此,对沥青混凝土的质量进行控制十分必要。影响沥青混凝土质量方面的因素很多,最突出的一个因素是沥青的生产工艺。沥青拌合楼控制系统对骨料稳定性的影响最严重。文章简单对沥青混凝土生产进行概述,并对沥青拌合楼加热控制系统进行讲述,重点对方案的改进进行讲解,希望能够对我国公路建设的发展起到积极意义。
Inrecent years, the highway grade of our country is gradually increasing, and the quality of asphalt concrete is re-quired more. Therefore, it is necessary to control the quality of asphalt concrete. There are many effects on the quality of asphalt concrete, the most prominent factor is the production technology of asphalt. The control system of asphalt mixing plant has the most serious influence on the stability of aggregate. This paper briefly summarizes the production of asphalt concrete, and describes the heating control system of asphalt mixing building, focusing on the improvement of the scheme, hoping to play a positive role in the development of highway construction in our country.
