摘要
血管迷走性晕厥主要是指患儿的迷走神经和副交感神经由于受到过度刺激,导致心跳突然减慢和周边血管扩张,促使患儿血压降低、脑部缺氧,进而出现意识短暂丧失的一种综合征。血管迷走性晕厥严重影响患儿的健康发育,对患儿的正常生活学习均会造成严重的干扰,因此对于儿童血管迷走性晕厥的临床诊断和治疗在医学界受到越来越多的重视。很多专家和学者针对儿童血管迷走性晕厥开展了大量的理论和临床研究工作,并且取得了明显的成果。基于此,本文主要是针对近些年关于儿童血管迷走性晕厥的诊断以及治疗研究进展进行综述,以期能够为临床诊治提供参照。
Vasovagal syncope mainly refers to a syndrome in which the vagus and parasympathetic nerves of children suffer from excessive stimulation,resulting in sudden slowdown of heart rate and peripheral vascular dilatation,resulting in decreased blood pressure,cerebral hypoxia and transient loss of consciousness.Vasovagal syncope seriously affects the healthy development of children,and will cause serious interference to the normal life and learning.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of vasovagal syncope in children.Many experts and scholars have carried out a lot of theoretical and clinical research on vasovagal syncope in children,and have achieved remarkable results.Based on this,this article mainly reviews the research progress in the diagnosis and treatment of vasovagal syncope in children in recent years,in order to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
