摘要
作为浙江省传统出口产品,蔬菜是高风险产品。2018年原检验检疫机构划入海关总署,各项改革正在进行中。杭州海关针对辖区近2年国外通报的情况,开展出口蔬菜风险评估。在风险评估的基础上,本文对现行的监管模式提出探索意见,包括帮扶企业实施标准化生产、帮扶菜农不断引入种植新技术、多部门联合监管形成合力。
As a traditional export product of Zhejiang Province,vegetables are high-risk products.The former General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection was transferred to the General Administration for Customs in 2018,and reforms are underway. In view of the information reported abroad in the past two years,Hangzhou Customs carried out risk assessment of exported vegetables. On the basis of risk assessment,this paper put forward exploration opinions on the current supervision mode of vegetable export enterprises,including helping enterprises implement standardized production,helping vegetable farmers continuously introduce new cultivation technologies,and forming synergy through joint supervision by multiple departments.
