摘要
目的分析泸州市中医医院2013—2017年的临床输血资料,了解临床用血现状,探讨科学合理用血方法。方法选取泸州市中医医院2013年1月至2017年12月3 780例输血患者,对各血液成分(包括红细胞悬液、血浆、血小板、冷沉淀)使用情况、人均用血量、内外科用血情况等进行统计分析。结果医院5年来临床用血总量呈逐年上升趋势(增长率分别为24.40%、-2.00%、17.70%、0.60%),人均输血量总体呈逐年下降趋势(下降率分别为6.90%、-3.20%、-5.00%、0.00%),成分血使用率为100.00%,红细胞悬液(61.59%)、血浆(17.81%)使用量偏高,血小板(9.61%)、冷沉淀(5.97%)使用量偏少,血液品种使用较单一,自体输血量偏少。结论医院临床输血较为合理,但仍存在不合理用血情况,需严格把握输血适应证,加强临床医生输血知识培训,进一步提高临床输血质量管理。
Objective To analyze the clinical blood transfusion data of Luzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2013 to 2017, understand the current situation of clinical blood use, and explore the scientific and rational methods of blood use. Methods Selected 3 780 cases of blood transfusion from January 2013 to December 2017 in Luzhou Hospital of Chinese Medicine, and analyzed the use of various blood components (including red blood cell, plasma, platelets, cryoprecipitate), per capita blood transfusion, the situation of blood component transfusion and blood transfusion in internal medicine departments and surgical departments. Results There was an upward trend in the use of blood transfusion(the respective growth rates were 24.40%,-2.00%, 17.70%, 0.60%), and the trend of per capita blood transfusion decreasing by five years(the respective rates of decline were 6.90%,-3.20%,-5.00%, 0.00%), the component transfusion rate was 100.00%, phenomenon of high use with red blood cell(61.59%) and plasma(17.81%), the dosage of erythrocyte suspension (61.59%) and plasma (17.81%) was higher than that of platelet (9.61%) and cryoprecipitate (5.97%), the use of blood species was relatively simple, and the amount of autologous blood transfusion was relatively low. Conclusions The clinical blood transfusion in this hospital is more reasonable, but there is still unreasonable use of blood. It is necessary to strictly grasp the indications of blood transfusion, strengthen the training of clinicians' knowledge of blood transfusion, and further improve the quality management of clinical blood transfusion.
