摘要
预立医疗照护计划在西方国家开展较早,已被多国立法保护并纳入医疗卫生体系。但预立医疗照护计划在中国大陆仍然处于概念推广阶段,很难落地实施。本文在阐述预立医疗照护计划概念及内涵的基础上,以中西文化差异为切入点,剖析国内外预立医疗照护计划在文化、立法保护、医疗体系中实践方面的差异,探索在中国医疗卫生体系中开展预立医疗照护计划的可行性,并提出在中国开展预立医疗照护计划的实施策略,以期促进预立医疗照护计划的推广。
Advance care planning has been implemented in the health care system and protected by law in many western countries in the last century. However, advance care planning in China is still in concept promotion stage. Therefore, this review paper was taking the differences between Chinese culture and the western culture to analys the differences in the cultural, legislation and the implementation of advance care planning in health care field so that to explore the feasibility of implementing advance care planning and to provide the strategies to embed advance care planning into health care system in China.
