摘要
随着建筑业的迅猛发展,桩基础目前广泛应用于铁路、公路桥梁、市政建设、高层建筑等地基基础工程。在工程造价高且钢筋笼加工数量多的工程,多采用数控机械化设备进行加工,但对于房建工程,或者桩基础工程量小的工程,采购数控机械化设备进行加工,性价比不高。本文以燕翔饭店改扩建项目的旋挖钻孔灌注桩基础施工为例,对灌注桩钢筋笼加工制作方式进行了深一步研究,指出采用常规灌注桩钢筋笼加工制作过程中存在的困难,针对该难题,总结了桩基础钢筋笼的加工制作技术,通过实际计算进行加工制作。采用螺旋箍筋旋转骨架对螺旋箍筋进行加工,实践证明采用该技术降低了施工难度,确保了加工质量,提高了施工进度,取得了较好的实际效果,有着显著的经济效益和社会效益,为类似桩基础工程提供了经验。
With the rapid development of construction engineering, pile foundation is widely used in railways, highways, bridges, municipal construction engineering, high-rise buildings, etc. In projects with high engineering cost and large number of steel cages, most of the cages are processed by CNC machine. However, for housing construction projects or projects with small amount of pile foundation, purchasing CNC machine for processing is not cost-effective. Taking the construction of bored pile by rotating drilling in the Reconstruction and Expansi on Project of Yanxiang Hotel as an example, this paper makes a further study on the process and fabrication of steel cage, points out the difficulties in its conventional method, summarizes the technology of steel cage of pile foundation according to this problem, and carries out the process and fabrication through actual calculation. Practice has proved that the technology of processing spiral hooping with spiral hooping steel rotating frame reduces the construction difficulty, ensures the processing quality, improves the construction speed, and achieves better practical results. It has significant economic and social benefits and provides experience for similar projects of pile foundation.
