摘要
目的研究扶正调神法针刺治疗神经性耳鸣的临床病例疗效,以及与常规针刺疗法之间的疗效差异。方法将60例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组给予扶正调神法针刺治疗。对照组给予常规针刺疗法治疗。2组留针30 min/次,1次/d,连续治疗6天/周,休息1天,1个疗程为1周,共治疗4个疗程。治疗前后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组总有效率90%,优于对照组的87%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论扶正调神法针刺治疗神经性耳鸣(肝郁脾虚证)的临床治疗效果优于常规针刺治疗。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture therapy of strengthening vital energy and regulating spiriton nervous tinnitus. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). The treatment group was given acupuncture therapy with strengthening vital energy and regulating spirit. The control group was given conventional acupuncture therapy. The two groups were treated continuously for 6 days a week, with a rest of 1 day and a course of treatment for 1 week. There were 4 courses of treatment. The curative effect was evaluated before and after treatment. Results In the treatment group, 5 cases were cured, 17 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90%. In the control group, 2 cases were cured, markedly effective in 9 cases, effective in 15 cases, invalid in 4 cases, the total effective rate was 87%. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Strengthening vital energy and regulating spirit acupuncture is superior to routine acupuncture in treating nervous tinnitus with syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency.
