摘要
目的:分析中药治疗肺癌的用药规律,为临床用药提供参考。方法:收集出院时间为2016年10月1日至2016年12月31日肺癌患者病例,采用频数分析方法探寻高频中药用药情况,并对高频药物使用SPSS19.0进行聚类分析,总结肺癌用药的使用规律。结果:共收集162例病例,使用231味中药,283首方剂,用药总频数为3603次。用药频次排名前5位的中药依次是甘草、人参、陈皮、当归、茯苓。在涉及的19类药物中,频率使用前3位的药类分别为补虚药、清热药、化痰止咳平喘药。对使用频数在50次以上的17味药物进行聚类分析,得出3个聚类组合6个药对。结论:中药治疗肺癌以扶正补虚、清热化痰止咳为主要原则,为临床预防和治疗提供一定的依据。
Objective:Toanalyses the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lung cancer and to provide reference for clinical medication.Method:The cases with lung cancer were collected from October 1,2016 to December 31,2016.The frequency analysis method was used to explore the situation of high frequency Chinese medicine.The clustering analysis of high frequency drugs using SPSS19.0 was performed to summarize the rule of drug use in lung cancer.Result:162 cases were collected,with 231 traditional Chinese medicine and 283 prescriptions used,and the total frequency of drug use was 3603.The top 5 of the traditional Chinese medicine frequency were Gancao,Renshen,Chenpi,Danggui and Fuling.Among the 19 kinds of drugs involved,the first 3 drugs used in the first class were the tonifying drugs,the clearing heat drugs and the resolving phlegm and relieving cough and preventing asthma drug.A cluster analysis of 17 drugs with frequency more than 50 was carried out,and 3 clustering combinations of 6 drug pairs were obtained.Conclusion:The main principle of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lung cancer were strengthening the body resistance and tonifying deficiency,clearing heat and eliminating phlegm and relieving cough,which provide a certain basis for clinical prevention and treatment.
