辨识蒸汽吞吐井抽喷的方法研究与应用

摘要 蒸汽吞吐生产过程中,油井抽喷给日常生产带来了极大影响,油井抽喷具有突发性、快速性,常规巡检很难及时发现。利用液位变频控制系统低液位报警功能,设置合理的报警参数,能够快速辨识油井抽喷,有效杜绝抽喷带来的盘根刺漏污染、油井出砂卡泵、外输泵进气等生产问题。 In the process of steam huff and puff production,oil well blowout has a great impact on daily production. Oil well blowout is sudden and fast,and it is difficult to find out in time by routine inspection. By using the low level alarm function of the liquid level frequency conversion control system and setting reasonable alarm parameters,it can quickly identify the oil wel blowout,effectively eliminate the problems of production,such as the pol ution caused by the blowout,the sand jam pump of the oil wel,the air intake of the external pump and so on.
