溶致液晶模板法制备纳米ZnO及其对亚甲基蓝的光催化性能 被引量:5

Preparation of ZnO nanoparticles by lyotropic liquid crystal and photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue

摘要 以十二烷基硫酸钠/正戊醇/水三元体系制备层状溶致液晶,并以此为模板,结合均匀沉淀法制备了颗粒尺寸在20~50 nm的ZnO球形颗粒,并研究了其光催化活性。结果表明:以溶致液晶为模板制备的纳米ZnO颗粒,结构稳定且无杂质出现,与无模板ZnO相比具有更大的比表面积和更窄的禁带宽度;紫外光照射150 min,对亚甲基蓝溶液的光催化降解率达到89%,说明以溶致液晶为模板制备的纳米ZnO颗粒具有更好的光催化性能。 The lamellar lyotropic liquid crystal (LLC), prepared by anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)/1-pentanol/water system, was used as the template for the preparation of ZnO nanoparticles of 20~50 nm with a homogeneous precipitation method and its photocatalytic activity was studied. The results show that the obtained ZnO nanoparticles exhibit the advantages of high purity and structural stability and display higher specific surface area and narrower band gap than the ZnO species prepared without template. When used as the catalyst for the photodegradation of methylene blue, the LLC-template ZnO materials have the highest degradation of 89% after 150 minutes’ irradition under the xenon lamp, illustrating the good photocatalytic performance of the LLC-template ZnO nanoparticles as a promising photocatalyst candidate for the degradation of methylene blue.
