摘要
本试验以3年生‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄为试材,研究了两种植物生长调节剂(GA_3和CPPU)组合处理对其果实品质的影响。结果表明,使用不同浓度的GA_3和CPPU组合处理均改善了‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄的果实品质,其中以处理6(谢花80%至花后2～3 d使用20 mg/L GA_3+1 mg/L CPPU和花后10～15 d使用30 mg/L GA_3+3 mg/L CPPU)效果最佳。其果实粒质量、穗质量、纵横径、可溶性固形物、硬度较对照分别提高了41.37%、23.73%、19.80%、24.62%、9.77%、9.60%,可滴定酸含量较对照降低了11.43%。
The effects of two growth regulators combination treatments (GA3 and CPPU) at different concentrations on fruit quality of 3-year-old 'Shine Muscat' grape was studied in this experiment. The results showed that combinations of different concentration GA3 and CPPU all improved quality of 'Shine Muscat' grape. Treatment 6 (20 mg/L GA3﹢1 mg/L CPPU was used 80% of blossom fall to 2-3 days after flowering and 30 mg/L GA3﹢3 mg/L CPPU was used 10-15 days after flowering) had the most significant effect. Compared with CK, berry weight, cluster weight, vertical and horizontal diameter, soluble solids and fruit hardness increased by 41.37%、23.73%、19.80%、 24.62%、9.77%、9.60% respectively, while titratable acid content decreased by 11.43%.
