摘要
针对多机组热泵数据节点较多,分布较为分散的特点,为了实现对多机组热泵设备运行状态的远程监控,设计了基于物联网的多路压力温度采集系统。数据采集和数据汇集电路以STM32单片机为主控器,采用LoRa和光纤两种通信方式进行物理层组网和Modbus通信协议传输数据,通过DTU将数据集中上传云端并可以通过计算机远程查看。该数据采集系统具有组网灵活、可靠性高的优点。
Multi-unit heat pump has more data nodes and are more distributed, in order to realize the remote monitoring of the status of multi-unit heat pump equipment, a multi-channel pressure and temperature collection system based on Internet of Things (IOT) was designed. The processor of the data collection system are based on STM32. LoRa wireless module or optical fiber are used to build a network of physical layer and use Modbus protocol, Data Transfer Unit (DTU) upload data to the cloud, so multi-node data can be displayed remotely by computer. The data acquisition system has the advantages of forming networks conveniently and high flexibility.
