摘要
目的分析精神护理在老年创伤患者临床康复治疗过程中的作用,为老年创伤患者的临床康复治疗提供参考。方法将2016年6月至2018年5月本院收治的108例老年创伤患者按护理方式分为常规护理干预组和常规护理+精神护理干预组,即对照组和实验组,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分进行患者护理前和护理后的自我评定,评价两种不同方式的护理效果,同时对两组患者临床护理满意度进行调查分析。结果对照组护理前SAS评分为(55.01±2.52)分、护理后为(36.54±2.46)分,护理前SDS评分为(58.25±2.61)分、护理后为(34.62±3.05)分;实验组护理前SAS评分为(56.02±3.12)分、护理后为(32.21±2.81)分,护理前SDS评分为(57.68±2.35)分、护理后为(30.46±2.80)分。两组护理前SAS评分和SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),两组护理后SAS评分和SDS评分均低于护理前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分和SDS评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);实验组临床护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神护理对老年创伤患者的康复治疗具有重要的积极意义,临床康复治疗过程中,可采取常规护理和精神护理方式同时对患者进行护理。
Objective To analyze the value of mental nursing care in the clinical rehabilitation of elderly trauma patients, and to provide reference for the clinical rehabilitation of elderly trauma patients. Methods The subjects were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the nursing ways. The control group took conventional nursing intervention, and the experimental group conventional and mental nursing interventions. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the effects before and after the nursing care;and the investigation of the clinical nursing satisfaction for the two groups were made at the same time. Results Before the nursing care, the scores of SAS and SDS were (55.01±2.52) and (58.25±2.61) in the control group, and were (56.02±3.12) and (57.68±2.35) in the experimental group, with no statistical differences (both P > 0.05);after the nursing care, the scores of SAS and SDS were (36.54±2.46) and (34.62±3.05) in the control group, and were (32.21±2.81) and (30.46±2.80) in the experimental group, with statistical differences (both P < 0.05). There were statistical differences in the scores of SAS and SDS between before and after the nursing care in both group (all P < 0.05). The clinical nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with a statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Mental nursing care plays an important and positive role in the rehabilitation of elderly trauma patients. In the process of clinical rehabilitation of elderly trauma patients, the patients can be treated with both routine nursing care and mental care.
