摘要
本文对测定水中阿特拉津的两种方法(高效液相色谱法和超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱法)进行了比较。结果表明,在一定浓度范围内,两种方法的标准工作曲线线性均良好;两种方法的检出限均符合《地表水环境质量标准》的要求;精密度也均符合实验方法要求;方法也均具有较强的抗干扰能力;两种方法加标回收率分别为85.1%-98.5%和95.0%-105%,相对标准偏差分别为1.8%-3.7%和2.0%-3.6%。
This paper set up a comparision of determination of atrazine in water by high performance liquid chromatography and ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The results showed that,In a certain concentra.tion range,the standard working curve linear of the two methods were all good;the instrument detection limits of two meth.ods were in line with the"Environmental quality standards for surface water".The precision experiments also met the re.quirement of the experiment method.And the two methods had strong anti-interference abilities.The recovery rates of two methods were in the range of 85.1-98.5%and 95.0-105%,RSD were in the range of 1.8%-3.7%and 2.0%-3.6%.
