急倾斜特厚煤层综放工作面防灭火技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 神华新疆乌东煤矿+495 m水平B3+6工作面上部存在安宁渠小窑开采史,且B3+6煤层属Ⅰ类易自燃煤层,受井下工作面开采影响,地表裂隙发育、漏风严重。针对+495 m水平B3+6工作面存在的特殊开采条件,利用超前探测、超前注氮、架后埋管注氮、控风堵漏等综合防灭火技术措施,有效地防止安宁渠小窑开采区域、上覆老空区和本采空区遗煤自然发火,确保了该工作面安全回采。 Small coal mines under Anning Canal were mined on +495 m level of the B3+6 coal seam in Wudong Coal Mine of Shenhua Xinjiang Energy Co.,Ltd.The B3+6 coal seam is an Ⅰ-type spontaneous combustion coal seam,which is affected by underground mining face,and the surface fissure is developed and the air leakage is serious.Aiming at the special mining conditions existing in the +495 m level of B3+6 working face,comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technical measures were carried out,such as advanced detection,advanced nitrogen injection,buried pipe nitrogen injection behind the supports,air control and plugging,etc.The spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the mining area,the overlying old goaf and the goaf of Anningqu small coal mines were effectively controlled,which has ensured the safe mining of the working face.
