摘要
随着时代的发展,当下高校思想政治教育管理面临着外部环境复杂、管理队伍不够专业化精细化、管理的内容形式不能与时俱进等问题。因此,需要加强多方面的协调配合,进行管理内容和形式创新加以应对。应通过引导家庭对学生进行适当教育、加强学校思想政治教育管理、发挥高校党委的积极带头作用、发挥高校教师的引领作用、建立新的教育平台、采用新的教育内容形式等路径,以期取得更好的效果。
With the development of the times, nowadays higher education's ideological and political education still have a lot of problems to be settled, such as the complex external environment, lack of specialization and refinement in management team and disability to keep pace with the times in the content and form of management. And thus it needs reinforcing coordination and cooperation in various aspects to innovate the manage content and form. We should guide the family to conduct proper education to students, strengthen the management of school ideological and political education, let the school party committee play an active leading role, let university teachers play their guiding role and establish a new teaching platform and adopt the new teaching content and form in order to realize the best effect.
