基于12306互联网售票系统的手机APP测试方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 应用若干方法对铁路12306手机APP进行测试,以提高整体软件质量。采用功能测试、性能测试、兼容性测试、安全测试等方法发现系统上线前存在的缺陷;采用A/B测试、灰度测试等及时了解系统上线后的用户反馈。通过测试12306手机APP,系统能力、运行稳定性和用户体验得到显著提高。实践证明,合理有效地设计测试用例和采用不同的测试方法,能够显著提高测试效率和测试质量,是系统开发过程中必不可缺的一个重要环节。 Several methods were applied to test the application program(APP)of railway 12306 system mobile phone in order to improve the overall software quality. Functional testing, performance testing, compatibility testing, security testing and other methods were used to find out the defects of the system before it goes online;A/B testing, gray level testing and other methods were used to timely understand the user feedback after the system goes online. The system capability, running stability and user experience of APP of 12306 mobile phone have been significantly improved by testing. Practice has proved that reasonable and effective design of test cases and different test methods can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of testing, which is an essential part of the system development process.
