摘要
现如今,随着社会经济不断发展,我国的科学技术也迅速发展,信息技术得到普及,各行各业都积极与信息化相融合。现阶段,随着医疗事业的不断发展,医院的档案管理部门已经开始建立档案管理数字化系统,医院档案管理数字化成为档案管理发展的必然趋势。本文基于数字化档案管理系统在医院档案管理中的应用背景,分析了现阶段医院档案管理中常见的问题,并据此提出了应用计算机技术改进当前医院档案管理的方法,以提升医院的档案管理效率和解决档案存放的安全问题。
Nowadays,with the development of social economy,the science and technology of our country have been greatly improved,the information technology has been popularized,and various industries have launched the innovation of information technology.At the present stage,the medical enterprise is developing constantly.In the aspect of hospital archives management,it has already begun to establish the archives management digitization system,which is also the inevitable development trend in the future.Based on the application background of digital archives management system in hospital archives management,this paper analyses the common problems in hospital archives management at present,and puts forward the methods of improving current hospital archives management by applying computer technology,in order to improve the efficiency of hospital archives management and solve the security problems of archives storage.
