“师生角色互换”在本科生临床带教中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 本科生实习阶段是本科生从学习课堂理论知识向临床实践的重要阶段,是迈向医学职业生涯的第一步,如何让实习阶段顺利过渡,关系到本科生的职业启蒙。传统的带教模式以老师讲授为主,学生无法快速进入实习角色,学习的主动性差,缺少临床思维的训练,实习流于形式,无法达到实际的实习效果。通过"教师学生角色互换"教学模式的应用,让学生积极"备课",授课前,教师布置实习任务,根据拟定教学内容,查阅文献资料,准备病例分析,从而在"备课中"参与教学,老师给予监督、指导,让学生巩固所学理论知识,开阔视野,以促进学习效果,有助于提高本科生实习阶段临床教学质量。 The clinical practice stage is an important stage for undergraduates. It’s a transition from theoretical knowledge learning to medicine practice. It is the first step of the medical career. How to make clinical practice transition smoothly is related to undergraduates' career. The traditional teaching mode for undergraduate students in clinical practice focuses on teaching and the students' learning initiative is poor. Through the application of “teacher-student role exchange” teaching mode, students can actively “prepare lessons”, participate in teaching , consolidate their theoretical knowledge and broaden their horizons, so as to promote learning effect, and help to improve the quality of clinical teaching for undergraduate during clinical practice.
