摘要
以白酒为研究对象,优化甲醇(CH_3OH)测定分析条件。测定结果显示:最优的色谱条件为载气流速度1 mL·min^(-1)、升温速度6℃·min^(-1),气化温度300℃,H_2流速28 mL·min^(-1),测定设备温度300℃。线性方程为y=66.208x+1.7126,r=0.999 6,最低检出限是0.42 mg·L^(-1)。使用这种方法适用来检测白酒中CH_3OH的含量,测定10个白酒样本中CH_3OH的含量在4.19~66.98 mg·L^(-1)。
Taking liquor as the research object, the determination and analytical conditions of methanol (CH3OH) were improved. The results showed that the best chromatographic conditions were carrier gas velocity of 1 mL·min^-1, heating rate 6 ℃·min^-1, gasification temperature of 300 ℃, flow rate of H2 of 28 mL·min^-1, and equipment temperature of 300 ℃. The linear equation is y=66.208x+1.7126, R is 0.999 6, and the minimum detection limit is 0.42 mg·L^-1. This method can be used to detect the content of CH3OH in liquor. The content of CH3OH in 10 liquor samples is within the range of 4.19 ~ 66.98 mg·L^-1.
