摘要
本文以湖北鄂州层状非金属矿物—膨润土为试验原料,选用加水量24%,氯化钙1.0%,氯化镁0.5%,高分子材料添加量0.2%,造粒时间5min,分级粒径为1.0~2.0mm的工艺,制备出成本低廉,吸湿率17.99%,回收率98%以上的高品质膨润土干燥剂产品。通过吸湿率动态分析方法试验,确定了影响吸湿率的主要因素和最佳工艺条件。
This paper takes Hubei Ezhou layered non-metallic mineral-bentonite as the raw material,the water addition amount was 24%,calcium chloride 1.0%,magnesium chloride 0.5%,polymer material addition amount 0.2%,granulation time 5 min,classification the process has a particle size of 1.0 to 2.0 mm.A high-quality bentonite desiccant product with low cost,17.99%moisture absorption rate and 98%recovery rate was prepared.Through the dynamic analysis method of moisture absorption rate experiment,the main factors affecting the moisture absorption rate and the optimum process conditions were determined.
