摘要
以四川文理学院太极拳为主要研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法对四川文理学院太极拳的发展现状进行调查分析,并针对相应的问题提出有针对性的解决方法。经调查,相关结果显示,四川文理学院太极拳深受学生喜爱,但发展中也存在着相应的问题,如专业武术教师缺乏,学生对太极拳认识不够,学习积极性不高,练习时间少等。通过对四川文理学院太极拳开展现状的研究,进一步为高校太极拳的开展纳言献策,同时传承和发扬中国传统太极文化。
Taking Taijiquan of Sichuan University of Arts and Sciences as the main research object, this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the present situation of Taijiquan in Sichuan University of Arts and Sciences by using the methods of literature, questionnaire and interview, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems. The investigation shows that Taijiquan is popular among students in Sichuan University of Arts and Sciences, but there are some problems in its development, such as the lack of professional Wushu teachers, the lack of students' understanding of Taijiquan, and the lack of enthusiasm for learning Taijiquan. Practice less time and wait. Through the research on the present situation of Taijiquan development in Sichuan University of Arts and Sciences, this paper makes further suggestions for the development of Taijiquan in colleges and universities, and at the same time inherits and distributes it. Promote Chinese traditional Taiji culture.
