摘要
在变革成为唯一常态的今天,学校教育的均衡与优质发展最终聚焦于课堂教学的质量提升,而教师教学领导力是教学质量获得长效与可持续发展的关键,也是撬动教育取得实质飞跃的突破口。采用量化的实证方法,探寻引起教学领导力产生的影响因素是什么,力图揭秘内在的逻辑与数量关系,深度明晰其机理,进而找到发展教师教学领导力的密钥,这对提升教育质量有引擎价值。研究得出:品格、知识、能力、人际和支持情境等影响因素对教学领导力的生成具有正向作用,而抑制情境具有负向作用,正向影响力由大到小依次为"能力""人际""知识""品格""支持情境",故运用因素间的关联性与因果性,积极构建适切条件来提高教师的教学知识与能力,融洽师生人际,修炼教学品格,能促进教师教学领导力的持续生成与更好发展。
Nowadays, that changes are the only invariant things.The balance and quality development of education in the school focuses finally on the quality improvement of classroom teaching.And teacher's teaching leadership is the key to achieve long-term effective and sustainable development of teaching quality, as well as the breakthrough to achieve substantial leap of education.Using quantitative empirical methods to explore what are the influencing factors of teaching leadership,try to reveal the relationship between internal logic and quantity,clarify its mechanism profoundly.And then find the key to develop teachers' teaching leadership,which have engine value for improving education quality.Research results were:Influence factors such as character, knowledge, ability, interpersonal relationship and support situation,which have positive effects on the generation of teaching leadership;whereas the inhibitory situation has a negative effect;The positive influence in order from big to small was :"ability","interpersonal relationship","knowledge","character", and "support situation".Therefore,to use the correlation and causality between the application factors and construct appropriate conditions actively to improve teachers' teaching knowledge and ability,get along with teachers and students,cultivate your teaching character,which can promote the continuous generation and better development of teachers' teaching leadership.
