摘要
                
                    以连云港海域两种主要类别浒苔为研究对象,考察氮、磷营养盐的添加对浒苔叶绿素a含量的影响。结果表明,添加氮能够明显提高浒苔叶绿素a含量,效果优于磷的添加。缘管浒苔较浒苔属浒苔对营养盐的利用效率更好,叶绿素a含量提升更高。两种氮源利用实验显示,浒苔对NH_4^+的吸收速率高于对NO_3^-的吸收,NH_4^+对浒苔叶绿素a的累积作用更加明显,NH_4^+与NO_3^-等比例存在时,NH_4^+与NO_3^-存在一定竞争抑制作用。
                
                In order to study the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus on chlorophyll a content of Enteromorpha sp.in Lianyungang coastal waters,experiments with various N or P concentrations were conducted.The results showed that the chlorophyll a content was accelerated significantly upon the addition of N compared with P.Enteromorpha linza had better nutrient utilization efficiency than Enteromorpha prolifera.The experiments of nitrogen uptake in the forms of NH4+ and NO3- indicated that the absorption rate of NH4+ was greater than that of NO3-,and NH4+ was more beneficial to the accumulation of chlorophyll a.Decrease in absorption efficiency due to competition inhibition under equal-ratio of NH4+ and NO3- condition.
