摘要
相比传统商场以百货、零售、餐饮等为主的单一业态组成,现在的商业综合体项目在业态上越来越复杂,包括百货、餐饮、娱乐等,有更多的体验式业态,同时往往还包含高层办公、公寓甚至住宅穿插其中。在这种形式下,消防救援的难度越来越大,需要在设计源头上做出合理的布局与设计。目前原有的建筑设计防火规范已经无法满足新形势下复杂商业综合体的防火设计要求了,新规范的推陈出新势在必行。主要研究了新规范的要求、综合体的新特点,结合工作中实际的项目经验,对商业综合体的建筑防火设计做一定的探讨和总结。
Compared with the traditional shopping malls,which mainly consist of department stores,retail stores,catering and other single formats,the current commercial complex projects are becoming more and more complex in format,including department stores,catering,entertainment and so on.There are more experiential formats.At the same time,they often include high-rise office,apartments and even residential buildings.Interspersed among them.In this form,fire rescue is becoming more and more difficult.It is necessary to make a reasonable layout and design at the design source.At present,the original fire protection code of architectural design can not meet the fire protection design requirements of complex commercial complexes under the new situation,so it is imperative to introduce the new code from the old to the new.This paper mainly focuses on the requirements of the new code,the new characteristics of the complex,and combines the actual project experience in the work to make a certain discussion and summary of the building fire protection design of the commercial complex.
