摘要
进行离心泵故障诊断可以大幅提高泵的运行平稳性。概述离心泵故障的基本理论,分析振动对离心泵的影响,介绍压力脉动与离心泵故障的联系,阐述旋转叶轮机械的故障原理及其诊断方法的研究现状,展望离心泵故障诊断的发展趋势,以期为离心泵故障诊断的进一步研究提供参考。
Centrifugal pump malfunction diagnosis can greatly enhance the smooth of pump operation.This paper summarizes the basic theory of the centrifugal pump malfunction,analyzes the effect of vibration on centrifugal pump,expounds the fault principle of rotating impeller machinery and the research status of its diagnosis method,and forecasts the development tendency of centrifugal pump fault diagnosis,in order to provide reference for further research on centrifugal pump fault diagnosis.
