摘要
在新时期,中国经济发展步入了新常态,东西部区域经济合作和经济协调发展的理念深深植根于人民的心中。20世纪90年代出现的"飞地经济"发展模式,经过二十多年的研究、运用及发展,在全国多数地区获得了较好的效果,为我国区域协调发展和经济理论提供了帮助。在新形势下,需要更全面、系统、完整地研究该发展模式,整合现有的文献研究,才有利于推广和完善"飞地经济",特别是民族地区的经济发展,具有特殊的借鉴作用。除了过去的综述研究角度之外,理论选择、背景发展、意义影响、问题和建议、可视化分析也将引入本文分析。
Under the new era,China's economic development has entered a new normal,and the concepts of regional economic cooperation and coordinated economic development between the east and the west are deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.As the“enclave economy”development model that emerged in China in the 1990s,it has achieved good results in most areas of the country after more than 20 years of research,application and development,providing an effective way for China's regional economic development.Under the new situation,it is necessary to study the development model more comprehensively,systematically and completely,and integrate existing literature research,which is conducive to the promotion and improvement of the“enclave economy”,especially the economic development of ethnic areas.In addition to past review research perspectives,theoretical choices,background developments,meaning impacts,issues and recommendations,and visual analysis will also be introduced into this paper.
