多壁碳纳米管对CH_4-CO_2-TBAB水合物的促进作用 被引量:12

摘要 碳纳米管具有良好的传热能力,能够迅速转移出水合物生成过程中产生的热量。同时碳纳米管巨大比表面积能为水合物提供更多的成核位点。因此,碳纳米管被广泛应用在水合物技术中以解决水合物生成较慢的问题。本文研究了多壁碳纳米管对CH_4-CO_2-TBAB水合物生成过程的影响。研究表明,在生成水合物的混合气体体系中加入多壁碳纳米管,不同浓度的多壁碳纳米管的存在对混合气体水合物的相平衡曲线均没有影响;但能显著降低生成水合物所需要的诱导时间,且随着碳纳米管浓度的增加,诱导时间逐渐变短;并且生成水合物的气体消耗量增加,并且碳纳米管浓度越大,气体消耗量越大。这说明碳纳米管的加入能增加水合物体系的储气能力。 Carbon nanotubes have good ability to transfer heat and can rapidly transfer heat generated during the hydrate formation process.At the same time,the large surface area of carbon nanotubes can provide more nucleation sites for hydrates.Therefore,carbon nanotubes are widely used in hydrate technology to solve the problem of slow formation of hydrate.This paper studied the effect of multi-walled carbon nanotubes on the formation of CH4-CO2-TBAB hydrate.The result showed that the addition of different concentrations multi-walled carbon nanotubes does not affect the phase balance curve of the mixed gas hydrates.However,it can reduce the induction time for hydrates formation significantly,and the induction time becomes shorter gradually with the increases of carbon nanotubes concentration.Further,the gas consumption of the hydrate formation increases,and the larger the concentration of the carbon nanotubes,the larger the gas consumption.This shows that the addition of carbon nanotubes can increase the gas storage capacity of the hydrate system.
