摘要
指出了近年来非钛类纳米光催化材料得到了广泛的关注和研究,SnO_2由于其特殊的光学、化学等性质在光催化、染料敏化太阳能电池、透明电极等领域得到了广泛的应用,主要探讨了纳米SnO_2的三元改性研究进展,以供参考。
In recent years,non-titanium nano-photocatalytic materials have been widely concerned and studied.SnO2 has been widely used in photocatalysis,dye-sensitized solar cells,transparent electrodes and other fields due to its special optical and chemical properties.This paper discusses the ternary modification of SnO2.
