摘要
脂肪乳广泛应用于胃肠外营养,是用于补充能量以及必须脂肪酸的高能量静脉营养物质。近年来,越来越多的临床研究表明,静脉注射脂肪乳(intranvenous lipid emulsion,ILE)对于多种亲脂性化学制剂中毒的治疗有良好的疗效。将脂肪乳(lipid emulsion,LE)作为一种潜在的解毒剂,已经引起医疗研究人员的广泛关注。本文就ILE与局麻药,抗心律失常药物,精神药物,抗疟药,有机磷酸酯类,除草剂以及职业环境因素等引起中毒的相关临床研究进展进行综述。以期为日后脂肪乳作为解毒剂的临床研究提供一定的参考。
Lipid emulsion is widely used in parenteral nutrition and is a high-energy intravenous nutrient for supplementing energy and essential fatty acids.In recent years,more and more clinical studies have shown that intravenous lipid emulsion(ILE)for multiple lipotropy has good curative effect on the treatment of chemical poisoning.The use of lipid emulsion(LE)as a potential antidote has attracted widespread attention of medical researchers.In this paper,we review the clinical research progress of Intranvenous lipid emulsion,local anesthetics,antiarrhythmic drugs,psychotropic drugs,antimalarial drugs,organophosphates,herbicides,and occupational environment factors in order to provide some reference for the clinical study of lipid emulsion as an antidote in the future.
