摘要
农产品价格指数是农业经济信息发展到一定阶段的必然产物。通过对农产品价格指数编制研究,认为现阶段中国农产品价格指数缺乏顶层设计,在表征全面性与投资代表性方面有待进一步提升。鉴于此,在乡村振兴战略背景下,创新性地构建服务于市场及上下游产业链价格走势的表征类农产品价格指数体系和应用于金融产品进行挂钩的投资类农产品价格指数体系,并对建设国家级农产品大数据平台、加强对农产品价格指数应用等方面提出一定建议与展望。
Agricultural price index is the inevitable outcome of the development of agricultural economic information to a certain stage.Based on the research of agricultural product price index,it is concluded that China's agricultural product price index lacks top level design at present,which needs to be further improved in terms of comprehensive representation and investment representation.Therefore,in the background of the rural revitalization strategy,we have innovatively constructed a system of index prices for agricultural products that represents the price trend of the market and the industrial chain,and an index system for agricultural products that are used for designing financial products.It also makes suggestions and prospects for the construction of a national agricultural data platform and the strengthening of the application of the agricultural product price index.
