摘要
通过分析焦油改性环氧树脂的性能特点,结合低温环境下钢桥面薄层铺装施工的具体要求,对施工时的技术难点进行研究,具体包括:低温环境下焦油改性环氧树脂的流动性、凝胶时间、力学强度、与钢桥面的粘结强度等试验研究;低温摊铺施工工艺、施工节点细部做法。提出了低温环境下焦油改性环氧树脂薄层铺装施工工艺,并用于工程实践。
Through the analysis of the characteristics of modified tar epoxy,combined with the specific construction requirements of the steel deck thin layer pavement in low temperature environment,the technical difficulties were investigated,including the flowing property,gel time,mechanical strength and bond strength test with the steel deck of modified epoxy tar in low temperature environment,paving technology in low temperature,the detailed construction practices.In this paper,the construction process of the thin layer pavement of modified tar epoxy was put forward and used for engineering practice.
