摘要
目的对乳腺癌合并高血压糖尿病患者的护理方法进行探析,且了解其对降低患者术后皮下积液的应用价值。方法抽选该院2017年5月—2018年4月所接诊的86例乳腺癌合并高血压糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按入院日期尾数将患者分成甲乙两组,尾数为偶数者为甲组,尾数为奇数者为乙组。对甲组采取常规护理措施,在此基础之上,对乙组患者予以综合护理措施;比较两组患者术后皮下积液的发生率。结果就皮下积液发生率而言,乙组(6.8%)低于甲组(31.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.251,P<0.05);乙组满意度(93.2%)高于甲组(83.3%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.198,P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌合并高血压糖尿病患者予以综合护理措施,护理效果理想,且可降低术后皮下积液的发生。
Objective To analyze the nursing methods of patients with breast cancer complicated with hypertension and to understand its application value in reducing postoperative subcutaneous effusion.Methods 86 patients with breast cancer and hypertensive diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups according to the mantissa of the admission date.The even number of patients was the group A.Those with an odd number of tails were in group B.On the basis of routine nursing measures,patients in group B were given comprehensive nursing measures;the incidence of postoperative subcutaneous effusion was compared between the two groups.Results In terms of the incidence of subcutaneous effusion,group B(6.8%)was lower than group A(31.0%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.251,P<0.05);group B satisfaction(93.2%)was higher than group A(83.3%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.198,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures for breast cancer patients with hypertension and hypertension are effective,and the effect of subcutaneous effusion can be reduced.
