摘要
目的:探讨严重创伤性失血性休克患者实施急诊预防性护理的效果。方法:随机选取急诊科收治的90例严重创伤性失血性休克患者作为研究对象,根据不同护理方案将患者分为研究组和对照组,对照组45例患者接受急诊常规护理,研究组45例患者接受急诊预防性护理。记录两组患者护理满意度评分、并发症发生率、抢救成功率、病死率情况。结果:研究组患者的并发症发生率、病死率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的抢救成功率、护理满意度评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:严重创伤性失血性休克患者病情危急,给予急诊预防性护理能提高抢救成功率,有效降低并发症发生率,患者的满意度高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of emergency preventive care for severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock patients. Methods: 90 cases of severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock patients were treated in the emergency department as the research object, according to the different nursing programs divided the patients into the study group and the control group, 45 cases in the control group were given emergency routine nursing, and 45 patients in the study group were given emergency preventive nursing. Recorded the nursing satisfaction scores, the incidence of complications, the success rate of rescue and fatality rate of the two groups. Results:The complications and the fatality rate in the study group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P< 0.05);the success rate of rescue and the score of nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly better than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock patients are in critical condition, and emergency preventive nursing can improve the success rate of rescue and reduce the incidence of complications effectively. The patients has high satisfaction.
