摘要
《亚述王表》是一部"亚述王权史",其主旨在于宣扬亚述王权的永远流传。《亚述王表》的编纂意图可归纳为三个方面:一是保存亚述国王的历史信息,二是展示当时在位的亚述国王行使王权的权威,三是巩固当时在位的亚述国王王权的正统性。《亚述王表》对亚述王权的刻画表现出三个特点:一是通过"以今释古"的方式塑造亚述王权的永恒如一,二是从"民族性"的视角描述亚述王权的延续,三是以写实性的手法追溯亚述王权的起源。
The Assyrian King List should be understood as‘A History of the Assyrian Kingship’with a purport of claiming the eternity of the Assyrian kingship.The incentives to compose The Assyrian King List can be concluded as three aspects,including the preservation of the historical data of the Assyrian kings,the demonstration of the authority of the reigning Assyrian king in exercising kingship,and the consolidation of the legitimacy of the reigning Assyrian king in exercising kingship.The depiction of the Assyrian kingship in the list presents three characteristics,including the formation of the invariability of the Assyrian kingship in an anachronistic way,the description of the transmission of the Assyrian kingship from a nationalistic perspective,and the retrospect of the origin of the Assyrian kingship with a realistic approach.
