摘要
本研究建立了清麻防风合剂中丹皮酚的高效液相色谱检测方法。色谱柱:WondaSil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(40∶60);检测波长:274 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:25℃。丹皮酚进样量在0.010 80～0.064 49 g范围内同色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为99.28%,RSD为0.77%。采用HPLC法测定清麻防风合剂中丹皮酚含量,可以有效控制该制剂的质量,方法简单、重现性良好、稳定可靠。
A method for the determination of Paeonol in Qingmafangfeng mixture by high performance liquid chromatography was established. Chromatographic column:WondaSil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μ m);mobile phase:acetonitrile-water (40∶60);detection wavelength: 274 nm;flowrate:1.0 mL/min;column temperature:25℃.The average recovery of paeonol was 99.28%and RSDwas 0.77%in the range of 0.010 80 -0.064 49μ g. The content of Paeonol inQingmafangfeng mixture was determined by HPLC. The method is simple,reproducible, stable and reliable.
