飞秒激光联合多焦点人工晶状体植入术对白内障患者角膜内皮细胞密度、CDE及并发症的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Femtosecond Laser Combined with Multifocal Intraocular Lens Implantation on the Corneal Endothelial Cell Density, CDE and Complications of Patients with Cataract

摘要 目的研究飞秒激光联合多焦点人工晶状体植入术对白内障患者角膜内皮细胞密度、CDE及并发症的影响。方法选取该院2017年1—12月该院救治的白内障患者作为研究对象,共120例,将患者按照其治疗方法分为两组。其中观察组60例,采用飞秒激光联合多焦点人工晶状体植入术进行治疗,对照组60例应用临床上常规治疗方式,即超声乳化吸入术配合人工晶状体植入治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果,角膜内皮细胞密度。结果术后对照组的角膜内皮细胞密度(2 147.25±128.23)个/mm^2显著低于观察组(t=4.879;P=0.000);观察组术中CDE的数值Ⅱ级核(6.41±2.14)%、Ⅲ级核(17.41±5.34)%要显著低于对照组(t=4.794,4.699;P=0.000,0.000);在治疗3个月后,观察组的视远拟调节能力(2.94±0.68)、视近拟调节能力(4.20±1.58)均明显优于对照组(t=4.645,4.674;P=0.000,0.000);从术后1月开始,术后矫正视力观察组明显比对照组高(t=10.292,10.887;P=0.000,0.000)。结论采用飞秒激光联合多焦点晶状体植入的方法对白内障患者进行治疗,疗效十分明显,安全性较高,但因多焦点晶状体植入的特征术后会出现光晕、眩光等不良情况。 Objective To study the effect of femtosecond laser combined with multifocal intraocular lens implantation on the corneal endothelial cell density,CDE and complications of patients with cataract.Methods 120 cases of cataract patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each,the observation group were treated with femtosecond laser combined with multifocal intraocular lens implantation,while the control group used the routine treatment,namely phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation,and the treatment effect and corneal endothelial cell density of the two groups were observed.Results After surgery,the corneal endothelial cell density(2 147.25±128.23)/mm^2 in the control group was obviously lower than that in the observation group(t=4.879;P=0.000);the valueⅡlevel nucleus andⅢlevel nucleus of intraoperative CDE were respectively(6.41±2.14)%and(17.41±5.34)%,which were obviously lower than those in the control group(t=4.794,4.699;P=0.000,0.000),after 3-month treatment,the visual remote adjustment ability and apparent accommodation ability were respectively(2.94±0.68)and(4.20±1.58),which were obviously better than those in the control group(t=4.645,4.674;P=0.000,0.000),and the corrected visual acuity after surgery was obviously higher than that in the control group after 1-month treatment(t=10.292,10.887;P=0.000,0.000).Conclusion The femtosecond laser combined with multifocal intraocular lens implantation in treatment of patients with cataract can have a significant curative effect and the safety is high,but the adverse conditions such as halo and glare occur after the multifocal lens implantation.
