摘要
目的分析采用综合护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭患者开展临床护理获取的应用效果。方法在2016年11月—2017年12月我院治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭患者中共计选择82例,并以随机数字表法为依据分为两组,各41例。其中参照组接受常规护理,研究组联合综合护理干预,比较分析两组的临床护理效果。结果两组患者负性SDS、SAS评分经过护理后均降低,而参照组护理后评分要高于研究组,遵医用药率、血透治疗依从率以及液体摄入依从率均高于参照组(P <0.05)。结论采用综合护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭患者实施临床护理,有利于改善患者负性情绪,提高治疗依从率。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical nursing of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic renal failure treated in our hospital from November 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table.The reference group received routine nursing care,and the research group combined with comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Negative SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after nursing,while those of the reference group were higher than those of the study group.The compliance rates of medical treatment,hemodialysis treatment and liquid intake were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with chronic renal failure to implement clinical nursing,is conducive to improving patients'negative emotions,improve treatment compliance rate.
