摘要
通过文献分析确定装配式建筑的19个驱动因素,利用对业界专家的问卷调查明晰这些驱动因素之间的影响关系,建立基于解释结构模型(ISM)的驱动因素层级结构图,找出装配式建筑的直接驱动因素、间接驱动因素和根本驱动因素,提出对我国进一步推行装配式建筑的启示和建议。
This paper identifies 19 driving factors of prefabricated buildings through literature review. After that,collects corresponding questionnaires from industrial experts to clarify the relationships between these driving factors,and establishes a hierarchical relationship diagram of driving factors based on the Interpretative Structural Model(ISM),reveals the direct drivig factors,indirective driving factors and fundmental driving factors of prefabricated buildings. Finally,puts forward enlightments and suggestions to promote prefabricated buildings in China.
